Wash Wizard supplies you with wash cards, which you turn around and sell. These wash cards are good for cash value at the designated Wash Wizard location. Your organization keeps a percentage of the money you collect.

Costs
Certificates are preprinted and serially numbered for easy control. At the conclusion of the sale period, your group returns any unsold certificates and pays for only a percentage of the current retail price for each certificate sold.

Program Restrictions

• Carwash certificates may NOT be discounted below the current retail price.
• Certificates may NOT be sold on the premises of any Wash Wizard Car Wash location.

How To Get Started

1. Wash Wizard Car Wash is happy to help our community by offering a fundraiser program to benefit local non-profit organizations and schools. We sincerely appreciate each of these organizations and our customers that support Wash Wizard Car Wash and our fundraising program.
   
   
2. Call the Wash Line at (800) 587-1252 or submit your contact information in our online form below.
   
   
3. Decide how many Wash Cards you think your organization will need.
   
   
4. Provide a signed letter from your organization’s President authorizing you to run the fundraiser on behalf of the organization. The letter must be on your organization’s letterhead and include the organization’s not-for-profit number. This letter should be faxed to (800) 587-1252 to the attention of the Fundraising Coordinator.
   
   
5. A Fundraising Coordinator will call you one week before your selling period to let you know that your Wash Cards are ready to be picked up and to arrange for a meeting.
   
   
6. Pick up your coupons and sign the Wash Wizard Carwash Fundraising Contract.
